Stacy Steele, D.V.M.
Dr. Steele grew up in Southern California with her pet dogs, horses and birds. She started working at a local veterinary clinic when she was 14 years old. She knew right away that veterinary medicine was to be her life. She received her undergraduate degree from Cal Poly, and then graduated from Auburn University, Alabama, College of Veterinary Medicine in 1990. She did her preceptorship in New Market, England, followed by an internship at the Atlantic Veterinary College in Prince Edward Island, Canada. She moved to Washington in 1997 and practiced in Bremerton and Silverdale for over 9 years before moving to Ocean Shores.

The Staff of Ocean Shores Animal Hospital enjoy working with North Beach Paws, Animal Control of Ocean Shores and participating in spay/neuter clinics for pets of low-income families.
The Vision:
To partner with pet owners in restoring and maintaining health and quality of life for companion animals in our area.
To continuously educate ourselves and our clients in the best treatment of the animals in our lives.
To be advocates for those who cannot speak, yet who mean so much to us, and
To contribute our time and talents to the betterment of our community.

Linda
Thornton
Linda joined the team in October, 2008: a recent transplant from sunny San Diego. Her love of animals began with pet caterpillars as a kid, and has led her through working with shelter pets, feral cats, and native and exotic wildlife. Her (current) personal rescues include four cats and one dog. In her spare time, Linda volunteers at PAWS and thoroughly enjoys the greenery here at the Beach!

Michelle Smith has been with the Ocean Shores Animal Hospital since June of 2006. She has a passion for working with both family and feral pets. Michelle shares her home with two cats: Jorge and Heni. When Michelle is not at the clinic she enjoys walking on the beach.
Tricia
Funk
After thirty years in Alaska Tricia is happy to be in Ocean Shores and part of this wonderful team.
Since moving here hobbies have gone from skiing and snow shoveling to walking with Ginger dog
on the beach every day. Fostering a stray mama and her three kittens has been a new and amazing
